Log in to WeChat official account platform.

1. Go to the WeChat public platform and click "User Management". Click "New Label". Enter a label name and click OK.

2. Click and select the designated person who wants to receive the mass sending; Click the label, click Select Label Group, and then click OK.

3. Enter the mass sending interface, select Select by Label in the mass sending object, and select the name of the label just created (as shown below); After that, select the material, click Group Send and send it to the designated person's WeChat.
