What should I do if Huawei Band 9 cannot receive messages?

Please follow the following steps to troubleshoot:

1. Please check whether the Bluetooth connection between the watch and the mobile phone is normal, and whether the data can be synchronized normally through the Huawei Sports Health App.

2. Please check whether the message notification switch is turned on in the device details of Huawei Sports Health App, and select the application switch that needs to push messages on the message notification interface.

3. Please check whether the watch is in Do Not Disturb mode or whether you are not wearing the watch. When Do Not Disturb mode is turned on and the watch is not worn normally, messages will not vibrate to remind you.

4. The message push function can only push the information pushed to the status bar of the mobile phone to the wearable device. Please ensure that the message can be pushed to the status bar of the mobile phone.

Android users (taking EMUI 9.0 as an example): Open the phone settings> Find the corresponding application in the notification center, turn on the allow notification switch, and change the "Show amp on the status bar" in the new message notification; Banner & Lock Screen Notifications switch is turned on.

iOS users: Select Settings > Notifications on your phone, select the app you want to use, turn on the Allow notifications switch, and make sure the display switch in Notification Center is turned on.

5. Please add Huawei Sports Health App to background protection.

Huawei mobile phones: Turn on the application auto-start and associated startup switches in the mobile phone manager > permission management, and at the same time turn off the sports and health switch in the phone settings > battery > lock screen cleaning application; if you are in If you cannot find Sports Health in Huawei Mobile Manager, it means that Sports Health has been added to the background protection whitelist by default and does not require additional settings. However, please confirm whether other housekeeper applications are installed on your phone, such as 360, QQ Butler, Tencent Butler, Cheetah, and Master Lu. If there are other butler apps, please add Sports Health to the protected background apps in the other butler apps.
