Can I send a text message when Jinmen is not in Tianjin?

Jinmentong is a package under the brand of Tianjin Mobile Shenzhouxing. Whether it can continue to be used outside Tianjin depends on whether the roaming function is enabled on the number card currently used.

The earliest Tianjin Mobile "Jinmentong" is a one-way card, which is only used in Tianjin (including three districts and five counties) and has no international and domestic roaming function (except during the Golden Week and Spring Festival). This card was issued in Tianjin. Because there is no roaming function, I can't send and receive text messages and make phone calls.

The three-package fee for Jinmen Tong is:

1. Rent 29 yuan monthly, and give away 190 minutes of local and domestic long-distance call time. If it exceeds 0. 14 yuan/minute, if it exceeds 0.30 yuan/minute for domestic calls;

2. Rent 49 yuan monthly and give away 390 minutes of local and domestic long-distance call time. If it is exceeded, call 0. 13 yuan/min for local calls and 0.30 yuan/min for domestic long-distance calls;

3. Rent 59 yuan every month and give away 490 minutes of local+domestic long-distance call time. If it exceeds, call local 0. 13 yuan/minute; if it exceeds, call domestic 0.30 yuan/minute.

Later, Tianjin Mobile launched the "Premium Golden Gate Link", which opened domestic roaming by default. This card can send and receive short messages outside Tianjin, and the short message fee is 0. 1 yuan/message.
