Fourth, the submission requirements

(1) Content: Healthy and progressive ancient and modern poems, couplets, poems and aphorisms are all acceptable, and self-created poems are advocated.

(2) Specification: the book body is not limited, and the horizontal width is not more than 3 feet. Please do not install all works.

(3) All the contributors who participated in the Third National Fan Calligraphy Art Exhibition will send photos of their works. After the initial evaluation, the organizing committee of the exhibition will notify the author who entered the re-evaluation in writing to send the original work according to the mailing address and telephone number registered on the back of the photo;

(3) The photos of the works submitted by the author are all eight-inch color photos. Please indicate the author's real name, age, gender, work unit, ID number, contact number, detailed mailing address and postal code in the lower right corner of the back of the photo (please be sure to register in block letters). You must attach a copy of your ID card when submitting the manuscript. The registered name must be the same as the ID card name, and it is forbidden to use pen names. According to the information provided by the author, the organizing Committee uses software to receive and register the manuscript.

(4) The cursive script must be accompanied by an interpretation, and the seal script is accompanied by a copy of the source and version of the interpretation.

(5) Each author can only publish photos of his works once, and the number of photos is unlimited. Repeated submission is prohibited; 30 yuan is charged for each photo (set) (please don't send it in an envelope, the foreign exchange is 30 dollars), and the works that have not received the entry fee will not be judged. Repeated contributors with pseudonyms will not be judged.

(6) There is no limit to the number of authors' contributions, and all of them must be submitted at one time, and each work must be remitted together with the entry fee.
