The use plan of maintenance funds shall be informed to the owners three days before the vote, and the use plan of special housing maintenance funds shall be approved in writing by the owners whose exclusive parts account for more than two thirds of the relevant construction area and more than two thirds of the relevant people within the scope of funds, and publicized in the community.
