Epidemics have occurred in many cities and states in our province , the prevention and control situation is very serious. The Tomb-Sweeping Festival is approaching. In order to further improve the prevention and control of the new coronavirus epidemic during the Tomb-Sweeping Festival and protect the life safety and health of the general public, we hereby announce the following matters related to epidemic prevention and control during the Tomb-Sweeping Festival.

1. We have fully entered the special protection period for epidemic prevention and control. According to the unified arrangements of the province, our district immediately entered the special protection period for the prevention and control of the new crown epidemic, which is tentatively scheduled for one month. All departments at all levels in the region must maintain emergency command status and carry out all aspects of epidemic prevention and control in a comprehensive and strict manner.

2. Strengthen the management of personnel entering Yue. During the Qingming Festival, we insist on never leaving Heng unless necessary and never returning to Yue unless necessary. Those returning to the mountain must proactively report to the town or village in advance, providing detailed information such as your return time and route, 14-day travel history and contact history, personal identity and health status, etc. People entering Yunnan from outside the province and people entering Yunnan from cities with local case reports in the province must have a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours. They must also take a nucleic acid test within 24 hours after returning home and comply with relevant epidemic prevention and control management measures.

3. Advocate the implementation of green civilized sacrifices and sweeps. Advocate to change the traditional customs of sacrifice and sweeping, and use family memorial services, online sacrifices, or entrusting relatives to worship on your behalf, so as to reduce the number of on-site sacrifices and the risk of infection caused by gatherings during memorial activities, and promote the new trend of civilization with green memorial services.

4. Take personal protection and avoid gathering. It is necessary to continue to implement prevention and control measures such as wearing masks, washing hands frequently, gathering less, ventilating frequently, maintaining social distance, checking place codes and itinerary codes when entering public places, and taking disinfection and protective measures for receiving and sending express items. It is strictly prohibited to hold dinner parties with more than 5 tables, and it is strictly prohibited to hold gathering memorial activities with more than 50 people. Catering units that host banquets with 5 tables or less and other dinner parties must strictly carry out epidemic prevention and control work; individuals who organize dinner parties with 5 tables or less on their own must report to the local village and implement relevant regulations on epidemic prevention and control.

5. Strengthen self-health monitoring. Strengthen the monitoring of your own health. If you develop the ten symptoms of COVID-19, you should go to the fever clinic of the nearest medical institution as soon as possible. Protect yourself during the entire journey, avoid taking public transportation, and truthfully inform medical staff of your stay. history.

6. Be proactive in getting vaccinated. Vaccination is the most effective measure to protect your own health and an effective means to build an immune barrier. If you have not been vaccinated, or have not been fully vaccinated against the new coronavirus, or have not received a booster shot, please get the new coronavirus vaccine at your nearest location in time and work together to build a universal immunity barrier.
