Who will issue the execution notice?

Legal analysis: the implementation notice is issued by the executive board. The enforcement notice must be served. After the people's court decides to accept the execution case, it shall issue a notice of execution to the person subjected to execution within ten days, ordering him to perform the obligations specified in the effective legal documents within a specified time limit, and bear the interest on debts or delay in payment during the delay period stipulated in the Civil Procedure Law.

Article 204 The people's court shall, within three months from the date of receiving the application for retrial, conduct an examination, and if it meets the provisions of this Law, order a retrial; If it does not conform to the provisions of this law, the application shall be rejected. If there are special circumstances that need to be extended, it should be approved by the president of our hospital.

A case in which a party applies for retrial shall be tried by a people's court at or above the intermediate level, except that the party chooses to apply to the basic people's court for retrial in accordance with the provisions of Article 199 of this Law. Cases decided by the Supreme People's Court and the Higher People's Court for retrial shall be retried by this court or other people's courts, or by the people's court that originally tried them.

Article 225 If a party or interested party thinks that the enforcement act violates the law, it may file a written objection to the people's court responsible for enforcement. If a party or interested party raises a written objection, the people's court shall conduct an examination within 15 days from the date of receiving the written objection. If the reason is established, it shall make a ruling to cancel or correct it; If the reason cannot be established, the ruling shall be rejected. If a party or interested party refuses to accept the award, it may apply to the people's court at the next higher level for reconsideration within ten days from the date of service of the award.
