Standing on the threshold of time, looking back on yesterday, I was still a student, and now I am a newcomer in the workplace. My career started in XX Bank and grew up in XX Branch.

When we joined the big family of XX Bank, it was the preparatory period for the opening of XX Branch. I still clearly remember my first day in the bank. The whole team sat in the conference room to discuss the golden abacus marketing for relocated households. So far, I get along well with my colleagues and have an overall understanding of business knowledge. A process of progress began unconsciously, faded from the immature student spirit and humbly embarked on a career path.

I will serve customers wholeheartedly, I will overcome the difficulties in my work with my colleagues, and I will try my best to share the worries for the leaders. I understand the service essence of "being grateful to customers, serving loyal banks and working hard", I understand the endless knowledge of "all rivers run into the sea", and I am listening to the inculcation of "being prepared for danger in times of peace, making progress in times of anxiety and traveling to Wan Li".

In just a few months, I have gained a lot of intangible wealth, thanking those lovely people who have helped me.

When the success rate of my strange visit was low, I happened to meet a customer I visited before opening. After talking again, I learned that she is a distant relative of other account managers. Before turning to leave, she said, "Little girl, you are so active, and your business must be good." The customer said this sentence may be an excuse that he can't open an account again, but I will understand that the customer saw my efforts. The customer's affirmation seems to be a shot in the arm, which makes me get up the strength to start again.

When I had no motivation to visit, the business manager said, "If you don't work hard now, it will be difficult to improve your performance in the future. At the beginning, we all ran out like this. It was really hard at first. After that, if you have enough experience and can speak, it will be easy. " The words of our predecessors are warm and inspiring. Small posts need great persistence, and small footprints can describe a long road.

When I was afraid to pay a return visit to a client, the president said, "Come on, I'll go with you." At first, the conversation was a little stiff, but when the president said, "Boss, you come to our bank to do business, it's convenient, it's related, and it's your own extra income." Voice behind, from the boss's eyes, we read her interest in this extra income, and the atmosphere of the conversation began to heat up gradually. The proprietress talked about the unpleasant things she encountered in other banks, and also raised some troubles when paying wages. We listened carefully and responded one by one. The next day, the proprietress made a golden abacus.

Only then did I realize that there is no customer I can't conquer, and the only thing I can't conquer is myself. Conquest requires breakthroughs and challenges. American writer william faulkner once said, "Don't try your best to compete with your colleagues. What you should care about is that you are better than now. " Yes, I will be stronger tomorrow than today. Whether it is the promotion of business knowledge or marketing skills, even if it is only a little bit, it is also a kind of progress and conquest.

At the same time, appropriate communication methods are particularly important. There is a saying among marketing experts, "Only people with the same stream can communicate, only each other can communicate, and only each other can trade." Synchronization refers to the synchronization of speech speed, articulation, emotion and body language. Then, try the same traffic strategy and make my marketing a "transaction".

At work, there will be emotional ups and downs because of the amount of deposits; Will feel guilty because of their negligence in delaying customers; Will wait for dinner time because the customer said he would come right away; Will go door to door because the customer says the house number of a place; I'll pick it up at the door of the credit union because the customer says it's not safe to take cash.

From confusion and anxiety to determined efforts, by the end of April, I had 168 customers, including 67 golden abacus customers. Here, with the support of parents, the guidance of leaders, the encouragement of colleagues, the affirmation of customers, and thanks to the platform of XX Bank. If it weren't for this job, I wouldn't have come into contact with my current customers, and my knowledge of society wouldn't have been so obviously improved.
