How to update the identity information of China Bank?

You can update your identity information through Bank of China outlets, Bank of China mobile banking, Bank of China customer communication WeChat applet and other channels.

Log in to the mobile banking of Bank of China, click on the "My" channel at the bottom of the first interface, enter the "My" channel, click on "Security and Settings", enter the "Personal Information" column, select "Update the Expiry Date of Identity Document" at the bottom of the interface, take photos according to the interface prompts and upload the front and back of 18 resident ID card (also known as the second-generation ID card), and complete the relevant verification according to the page prompts. Please make sure that you have your second-generation ID card at hand, and you need to take photos to identify it. The service time for the validity period of certificate renewal is 8:00-20:00 every day.
