1. Test objects

Persons who are permanent residents in Xiangyang City’s jurisdiction and plan to leave Hubei to resume work and production, return to school, resume classes, or travel for official business, excluding those traveling within the province.

2. Work process

Online reservation. People from urban areas in Xiangyang and Hubei must make an appointment for nucleic acid testing services in the "Xiangyang Disease Control" convenience service column at least 7 days in advance before leaving Hubei.

Sample collection. Those who have successfully made an appointment in the urban area can register and take samples at the comprehensive outpatient department of the Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention with one of the following credentials according to the appointment time period.

Testing materials:

1. A valid ticket, air ticket, or ticket purchase voucher that is more than 3 days but within 7 days from the departure date;

2. Meeting notices, return-to-school notices, business trip invitations and other documents issued by the place of destination;

3. Certificates issued by your work unit or the community where you live.

Sample testing. The Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention is responsible for nucleic acid sampling and testing of personnel in Xiangli’e.

Result query. The Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention will upload the test results to the provincial big data platform within 3 days after sampling. People in Xiangli'e can check their nucleic acid test results on the personal health code page, or download electronic tests on the "Xiangyang Disease Control" WeChat official account Report, the test report is valid for 7 days.

Each county and Xiangzhou District will formulate an implementation plan with reference to the relevant urban work processes, and designate local qualified nucleic acid testing institutions to provide nucleic acid testing services for people in Xiangli and Hubei. Reservation process:

Step 2: After entering the page, you can see three major items: nucleic acid test online appointment, nucleic acid test appointment record, and nucleic acid test report. Click on the nucleic acid test to make an online appointment and select the user information for the appointment. This platform supports adding 8 users. You can help your family and friends around you make an appointment!

Step 3: On this page, there are two situations:

First, after filling in the contact number and selecting the hospital for reservation, the hospital will have three packages for the user to choose from;

Second, there is no package option for the reservation hospital selected by the user. Everyone should note that there is no package fee for online reservations. Please pay at the offline window.

Step 4: After the reservation is completed, we can see our reservation record information and click to view the relevant status.

Step 5: If the appointment is successful, you will receive a text message. Please go to the appointment hospital on time for nucleic acid testing according to the appointment time in the text message.

Step 6: Finally, after the hospital's test report comes out, you can find the "Test/Inspection Report" icon on the homepage of the "Healthy Xiangyang" applet to view your nucleic acid test report.
