How to check the bank card account opening bank

If it is a China Merchants Bank savings card, you can choose the following method to check the account opening bank information:

If it is your own China Merchants Bank all-in-one card (deposit card):

1. Log in to your professional account After printing, click All-in-One Card - Account Management - Card Information Query to see the account opening bank.

Warm reminder: The professional version currently does not support MAC systems, and Apple computers cannot log in to the professional version.

2. Log in to mobile banking, click My - Bank Card, and select the card number to query the account opening bank.

If the card is not linked to mobile banking, you can select "Add" to enter the card number and scan the QR code.

If it is someone else’s China Merchants Bank all-in-one card (deposit card): (The following method is also applicable to the bank where your own all-in-one card is opened)

1. Call the customer service hotline, select 3-1-2 and follow the prompts Enter the card number for quick query;

2. After opening mobile banking, click "Home" - "My Customer Service (headset logo)" in the upper right corner, then click "Query Account Bank" to enter the page to enter the query You can check your card number.
