How does Ctrip upload the refund voucher?

1. Open Ctrip software, enter "My", select "All Orders", find the order that needs a refund, and select "Return and Change" to go through the refund formalities.

2. In the business processing interface, click "I want a refund". After the refund is processed, on the refund processing page, select "Refund Reason" and click "Involuntary Refund". If you need a full refund, you need to select the factors corresponding to the full refund, fill in the corresponding reasons, upload the voucher, and click "Apply for a refund".
