There is no prompt tone or display in SMS. How to set it up?

Method 1: Turn on the phone, click the "Settings" icon, select the "Sound" option in the "Settings" item, and click Enter.

In the "sound" item, let's see if the sound is in a "silent" state and whether the volume is adjusted to the minimum.

If it is normal, we click "information ringtone" and enter "information ringtone" to choose another ringtone to try whether the SMS is normal.

Method 2: Turn on the phone, click the "Settings" icon, enter the "Settings" item, and select "Status Bar and Notification".

In the "Status Bar and Notifications" item, we select the "Manage Notifications" item and click Enter to see if the "Information" item is "blocked". We just "allow the notice".
