Notice on doing a good job in epidemic prevention and control

At present, the epidemic situation in many places in the country and the province has rebounded. The epidemic situation in some areas has developed rapidly, and there is a great risk of spillover to our region. The situation of epidemic prevention and control is extremely severe and urgent. In order to continue to do a good job in epidemic prevention and control in our region, to ensure the health and life safety of the people in our region, we advocate not gathering people, getting married late and simplifying funerals. We will further improve the epidemic prevention and control of weddings, funerals and celebrations as follows:

First, event organizers and hotels should strictly implement the responsibility of epidemic prevention and control.

1. Report voluntarily. Each hotel holding a banquet with more than 5 tables must apply to the competent department of the industry and the local street (town) for the record three days in advance, and it can only be held after approval. Hotels should seriously formulate epidemic prevention and control plans and emergency plans.

2. Hotels hosting all kinds of banquets should inform the organizers in advance to implement epidemic prevention and control measures such as code scanning and nucleic acid testing, and comprehensively investigate the epidemic risks of staff and participants before holding, and the hotel should keep the list of participants. The hotel shall sign an epidemic prevention and control agreement with the organizer, and the organizer shall ensure that the participants meet the epidemic prevention and control regulations.

3. The hotel arranges a person in charge to prevent and control the epidemic situation of the banquet, and is on duty throughout the banquet. Each hall of the banquet has a venue code for each hall, and everyone who enters the hall must scan the code. Arrange a special person to check the site code and travel code at the entrance of the banquet hall, check the health code and nucleic acid detection frequency against the travel code, take your temperature and wear a mask regularly. At the same time, ensure that the distance between two adjacent tables is more than one meter after sitting.

4. If it is found that the personnel entering the store have a "red and yellow code", have not been inspected for 7 days, and have a history of living in an epidemic area, they are not allowed to enter and immediately carry out emergency treatment, register the information of relevant personnel, and immediately report to the competent department and the local community.

5. In principle, people from outside the province and people from outside the province with local infection cases are not invited to participate. If you really need to participate, you must report to the village (community) in advance. Personnel from outside the province should arrive at the participating place five days in advance, and shall not participate in gathering activities within three days, enter public places or take public transportation, and strictly implement prevention and control measures such as "five days and three inspections".

6. Advocate family dinners and gatherings with no more than 10 people. Organize banquets for more than five people, etc., and report to the local community neighborhood committees or village committees, which are responsible for the inspection and supervision of epidemic prevention and control.

Two, to participate in the rally personnel must cooperate with the epidemic prevention and control work.

Personnel attending weddings and funerals should take the initiative to scan the place code and show the itinerary code, health code, nucleic acid detection records, etc. Cooperate with the staff to take temperature measurement, wear masks and do personal protection.

Third, strengthen supervision.

1. According to the requirements of the four-party responsibility for epidemic prevention and control, hotels and places that undertake weddings, funerals and banquets are managed by the competent departments of the industry, local streets and grid security units.

2. If the on-site code is not posted for use, or the requirements for code scanning inspection are not implemented, there are problems such as unattended operation, no inspection, no code scanning, no inspection, bright code replacing code scanning, one person scanning code in the same industry, and multiple people entering. Interview the person in charge of the hotel and related places as appropriate, and give a yellow card warning or a red card for rectification, resulting in the spread of the epidemic or serious risk of spread. If there are illegal and criminal circumstances, they will be handed over to judicial organs and dealt with severely according to the law and regulations.
