If you need to apply for a secure password device, you can choose to log in to the personal online bank and mail it to you by the bank. Personal online banking has been registered for more than 30 days and has not applied for a secure password device. You can directly call the 95366 customer service hotline to apply. After receiving the secure password device, you can log in to your personal online bank, click Manage Secure Password Device under Contact HSBC in the navigation bar menu at the top of the page or Manage Secure Password Device under My Personal Information in the navigation bar menu at the bottom of the page, then click Own Secure Password Device under Manage Security Keys, and follow the instructions to complete activation and binding.
