After the parking inquiry, they learned that Ma did not switch to "riding mode" when using map navigation, and driving in "driving mode" caused the route to deviate and eventually strayed into the expressway. On September 7, when the traffic police in Weinan, Shaanxi Province patrolled the expressway, they found a man riding a bicycle with some luggage on it. It is understood that the man is working in Xinjiang and is going to ride back to Zhengzhou's home. He had been riding for four months when he was found by the traffic police. The traffic police then took him away from the expressway, criticized and educated him for getting on the expressway without authorization, and pointed out the route to Zhengzhou.

In Qinzhou, Guangxi, the traffic police found an electric bicycle parked in the emergency lane of the expressway, next to which a man and a woman were carrying a big suitcase. It turned out that the two were from Heilongjiang. Because of a dispute with relatives and friends, I was ready to ride an electric bicycle from Guangxi to Harbin in a rage. As a result, they got lost soon after they got on the expressway, and then the electric bicycle ran out of power and was trapped on the expressway. The traffic police immediately escorted him off the highway and severely criticized and educated him for his illegal behavior.

In addition to non-motor vehicles, there are pedestrians on the expressway.

On the morning of August 5 this year, the patrol brigade of Baoteng Expressway, the traffic police detachment of Baoshan Public Security Bureau of Yunnan Province, found through video surveillance that many pedestrians were walking on the expressway with a dog, and immediately assigned police patrolling nearby to arrive and persuade them to return.

15 minutes later, the traffic police caught up with these seven people and handed them over to the guardrail for questioning and investigation. It turns out that all seven people are nearby villagers, and they are going to the farmland several kilometers away to repair ditches. They felt that the expressway was convenient and easy to walk, so they spontaneously invited them to the expressway.

Article 67 of China's Road Traffic Safety Law stipulates that pedestrians, non-motor vehicles, tractors, wheeled special-purpose mechanical vehicles, articulated buses, full-trailer trucks and other motor vehicles with a design top speed of less than 70 kilometers per hour are not allowed to enter the expressway.
