At the same time, regularly organize fire safety management personnel of key units and full-time (part-time) fire safety management personnel to conduct fire safety training, popularize advanced work experience, improve fire safety management ability, and promote the continuous improvement of the overall level of fire safety management of key units.

Four, strive for three years of efforts, key units to basically achieve the "household registration" management of fire safety; All new construction, renovation and expansion projects put into use shall be subject to household registration management of fire safety.
