How is the short MMS fee outside the package generated?

Short MMS fee outside the package refers to the cost of SMS and MMS actually sent to other users after the user exceeds the amount specified in the package, for the following reasons:

1. The number of short multimedia messages included in the package is exhausted: If your mobile phone package contains a certain number of short multimedia messages, once these numbers are exhausted, there will be an extra charge when sending SMS or MMS, that is, the short multimedia message fee outside the package. Send 10086 to 10086 to enter the SMS business hall, then select business processing and MMS service, and press.

2. The number of SMS messages is not included in the package: If your package itself does not include the number of SMS messages, you will be charged according to the actual number of SMS messages or MMS messages when you use your mobile phone, which is also the SMS message fee outside the package. Call 10086 to switch to manual service, and ask customer service to help cancel the MMS service.

3. Use of non-subscription network: If non-subscription network is used, such as using telecom card to access the Internet but mobile card generates traffic, or using mobile card to access the Internet when the secondary card VOLTE calls, in these cases, traffic charges outside the subscription may be incurred, which will be handled by China Mobile Business Office.
