What does the final interview mean?

It means that before the execution of a case ends this execution procedure, the people's court shall inform the applicant for execution of the case, the property investigation measures taken, the property of the person subjected to execution, the basis for ending this execution procedure and the legal consequences, and listen to their opinions on ending this execution procedure.

First, what are you talking about?

The regulations are very clear, and the interview should include seven items:

1. Inform the interviewee of the property investigation measures taken.

2. Inform the interviewee of the implementation of the case;

3. Inform the person subjected to execution of the property;

4. Ask if you can still provide clues about the property of the person subjected to execution;

5. Inform the person subjected to execution of the legal basis and legal consequences for ending this execution procedure;

6. Inform the person subjected to execution of the right to apply for the person subjected to execution after this execution procedure;

7. Listen to the respondents' opinions on ending this execution procedure.

Second, the interview method

1. The interview is not limited to face-to-face, but can also be conducted by phone or WeChat.

2. The regulations are clear. In principle, the interview method adopts the interview method, and the interview can also be conducted by telephone, email, fax, SMS, WeChat, etc. Interviews conducted by means other than face-to-face interviews should first be approved by the Executive Director.

3. In the face-to-face interview, the people's court shall have at least two executors, and the place may be the people's court, the domicile of the interviewee or other agreed places.

Article 11 If the conditions for terminating this execution procedure and the relevant provisions for transferring bankruptcy review are met, the execution court shall simultaneously transfer the relevant materials of the execution case to the people's court where the person subjected to execution resides for bankruptcy review.

Article 12 After the ruling on the termination of this execution procedure is delivered to the applicant executor, the execution court shall, within seven days, enter the relevant case information into the case information base of termination of this execution procedure established in the Supreme People's Court, and make it public through this information base.
