China Mobile's online card replacement service is more convenient to handle online.

On March 7th, China Mobile launched the card replacement function again. For all ordinary SIM cards that can't be used normally due to loss or damage, users can directly deal with them in "My Card Replacement Service" in China Mobile APP, and choose whether to exchange cards or not. For other cards, customers need to go to the business hall to replace them.

Online card replacement requires the customer's real name. Customers without real name can consult 10086 for card replacement. Mobile made the following reminder in the card replacement business: because the card replacement will cause the loss of short messages and address books stored in the original mobile phone card, users need to back up relevant information before replacing the card.

There are also certain conditions for offline card replacement. Because of the difference between individual customers and corporate customers, offline card replacement can be carried out through SMS password verification and ID card introduction verification respectively. The offline replacement card can be replaced by the user directly holding the original mobile phone card to the mobile business hall for SMS authentication.

In fact, mobile has been doing a good job in the service of card replacement business. As early as 17, China Mobile Hangzhou Business Hall launched its own card replacement robot to provide the best service for local citizens. I believe that China Mobile will develop more new services in the future, which will be more convenient for users.
