(two) the use of invalid, forged, altered, cancelled and other invalid road transport permits to engage in road transport of dangerous goods;

(three) beyond the licensing matters, engaged in road transport of dangerous goods;

(four) non operating road dangerous goods transport units engaged in road dangerous goods transport business.
