When will Changsha’s purchase restrictions be lifted in 2022?

Changsha Purchase Restriction Policy 2022 Details:

Adult single families and individual families do not need to register for single-family house purchase, are stably employed in Changsha and have paid 12 consecutive payments since the month of purchase. Monthly social security or personal income tax, and those in critical need whose household registration or workplace location is within the purchase restriction area.

For active military personnel and urban housing expropriation agreements that have been filed, the expropriated group of people whose household registration or workplace location is within the purchase restriction area shall be subject to the original purchase restriction policy.

If the couple divorces within two years, they must provide a divorce certificate, a divorce agreement, and the information of the spouse and minor children before the divorce as the basis for checking the number of family housing units.
