I. Registration

(1) Registration conditions

2. Persons under any of the following circumstances may not sign up for the national unified legal professional qualification examination:

(1) has received criminal punishment for intentional crime;

(2) Being expelled from public office or having his lawyer's practice certificate or notary's practice certificate revoked;

(3) The legal professional qualification certificate has been revoked;

(4) Being given a two-year ban on enrolling in the national unified legal professional qualification examination or a life-long ban on enrolling in the national unified legal professional qualification examination (national judicial examination);

(five) due to serious dishonesty, the relevant state units identified as the object of joint punishment for dishonesty, and included in the national credit information sharing platform;

(6) Being banned from legal occupational therapy for life due to other circumstances.

If a person under any of the circumstances specified in the preceding paragraph has gone through the registration formalities, the registration shall be invalid; Those who have already taken the exam will have invalid test results.

If it cannot be submitted within the prescribed time limit without justifiable reasons, it will be regarded as not meeting the prescribed registration conditions and the examination results will be invalid.

2. In 2020, the valid graduation certificate for enrolling in the national unified legal professional qualification examination is:

(1) Graduation certificates issued by adult institutions of higher learning and ordinary institutions of higher learning (including scientific research institutions that train graduate students) approved by the education administrative department of the State Council;

(2) Graduation certificates issued by the higher education self-study examination committees of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government authorized by the National Higher Education Self-study Examination Committee after passing the higher education self-study examination and higher education diploma examination;

(3) Graduation certificates obtained by students who have been approved by the education administrative department of the State Council, incorporated into the national enrollment plan, participated in the national unified examination and studied in party schools and military academies;

3. The application for relaxing the registration qualification is based on the household registration of the applicant at the time of registration, that is, if the household registration is relaxed at the time of registration, you can apply for the qualification determined by the relaxation policy.

4. Regarding whether the graduation certificate of the applicants belongs to the national education sequence or the academic qualifications recognized by the education administrative department of the State Council, the query results of the website of the National College Students Information Consulting and Employment Guidance Center of the Ministry of Education shall prevail. 5. Fill in the information and confirm the commitment

The applicant shall fill in the personal information truthfully and accurately, make a true and effective commitment to the registration information, and be responsible for the authenticity of the material substance. Full-time undergraduate graduates in 20021year and fresh graduates with equivalent academic qualifications in ordinary colleges and military academies should sign the Commitment Letter for Fresh Graduates when registering online. 6. Photo review and confirmation

The judicial administrative organ shall examine and confirm the electronic photos uploaded by the applicant. After the electronic photos are uploaded, the applicants log on to the website of the Ministry of Justice to check the photo review. At the same time, the judicial administrative organ will inform the candidates of the results of photo examination and confirmation by sending short messages to the candidates. 7. Pay the exam fee online
