Why can't I see information on Huami watch and mobile phone?

The message reminder function can push the message pushed to the mobile phone status bar to the wearable device, so if the mobile phone status bar does not display the content, the wearable device will not display the specific content in the notification. It is recommended to restore the content display through the following settings:

1. Do not display the specific content of SMS notification.

IOS phone: select phone settings > information, and turn on the display theme bar switch.

Android phone: SMS displays the message content by default, without additional settings.

2. Do not display the specific content of WeChat notification.

Open the wechat client, click me, select Settings > New Message Reminder, and turn on the notification display message details switch.

If the bracelet/watch is set with standby dial, the content of WeChat message will not be displayed directly and needs to be crossed out.

3. Do not display the specific content of QQ notification.

Open the QQ client of mobile phone, select Settings > Message Notification > Message Notification Settings, and turn on the notification display message preview switch.

4. Do not display the specific content of other communication software notifications.

If there is a problem that other communication software can't display the specific content of the message after receiving it, please consult the customer service settings of the corresponding application, so that the message content can be displayed normally in the status bar of the mobile phone.

After Huawei WATCH 3 locks the screen, the message content is not displayed.

After the watch is set with the screen lock password, for your privacy and safety, when the watch is in the screen lock state, the message push only vibrates and will not display the message content. Please unlock the watch and check the information.
