Veterans' supplementary insurance

(1) Ex-soldiers who meet the social security continuity conditions shall receive the Personal Application Form for Repaying Social Insurance from the Bureau of Ex-soldiers Affairs at the corresponding level in the original resettlement place, or download and print the Personal Application Form online, fill it out as required, and submit it to the original resettlement unit together with the relevant materials required for the application; If the original resettlement unit does not exist, it shall be handed over to the higher authorities of the original resettlement unit;

(2) after the original resettlement unit or its superior competent department summarizes all the application materials, download and print the summary form of the unit on the Internet, and submit it to the Veterans Affairs Bureau at the corresponding level after the summary;

(3) In other cases, the required materials shall be directly handed over by the individual to the Veterans Affairs Bureau at the same level that handled the resettlement procedures.

(1) service-related materials

The main enlistment certificates, such as the letter of approval for enlistment or the political examination form of the citizens to be enlisted (a copy stamped with the seal of the archival storage unit), and the registration form for retiring from active service (a copy stamped with the seal of the archival storage unit). The above materials and files are managed by the Veterans Affairs Bureau and need not be provided.

(2) Personal related materials

Id card (original, copy), original application form for individual to pay social insurance.

(3) Relevant payment records

Pension, medical related payment records, multi-regional insurance, must provide proof of payment in different places or personal account inquiry and other payment records.

(4) Other supporting materials.

Identification materials of people in difficulty (low-income residents and poor people need to provide identification materials of people in difficulty issued by the civil affairs department where the household registration is located), letters of introduction for resettlement or self-employment, and other related materials (the veterans affairs department does not need to provide stubs).
