Why can't Huawei mobile phone answer the phone and send text messages?

Warm reminder: If your mobile phone card signal is normal, there is a low probability that you can't make a call, prompting that the number is empty or turned off. Generally, it is a network problem of local operators. I suggest you contact the local operator.

If your mobile phone is probably unable to make a call, please try the following methods to check and confirm:

1. You can't make phone calls in certain scenarios.

(1) can't dial the cornet, which means it doesn't exist.

It may be that the cornet is beyond the specified use area. The cornet is for local use only. If the cornet cannot be used outside the designated area, it is recommended to dial ordinary 1 1 digits.

(2) Unable to dial someone's fixed number, indicating that the user is busy.

Maybe the other party has blacklisted your number. I suggest you try to contact the other party in other ways, and you can dial normally after removing the blacklist.

2. You can't make a phone call unless it's a specific scene.

(1) Please confirm whether your mobile phone card has call barring service.

Some operators' calling cards have call barring service. If your calling card restricts outgoing calls, some or all calls will be restricted. Please consult the operator's customer service for details.

(2) I suggest you try to turn on the VoLTE function.

It is possible that the 2/3G call network environment in your location is not good, so I suggest you try to turn on the VoLTE function. When the VoLTE function is turned on, the HD icon will be displayed in the signal bar.

If your mobile phone card doesn't have the VoLTE function, or your mobile phone doesn't support the operator's VoLTE function, please pay attention to whether the status bar of your mobile phone can be switched to 2G or 3G normally when dialing. If you can't switch, it may be caused by insufficient coverage of 2G/3G networks in this area. I suggest you try calling from another place.

3. It is recommended that you try to restore the network settings.

(1) Enter the settings, search for reset in the search bar, and then click Restore Network Settings.

(2) On the Restore Network Settings page, click Restore Network Settings and enter the screen lock password according to the screen prompts.

(3) Click Restore Network Settings. After success, you will be prompted at the bottom of the screen that the network settings have been restored.

Tips: Restoring the network settings will delete the WLAN and Bluetooth connection records, and you need to enter the screen lock password for verification.
