1. During working days from 7: 00 to 9: 00, 17: 30 to 19: 30, passenger cars with non-local motor vehicle number plates that need to enter and leave the shore and airport can pass through the following roads:

(1) Freeways in Shenzhen: S3 Guangzhou-Shenzhen Jiang Yan Expressway, G4 Guangzhou-Shenzhen Expressway, G 15 Jiche Expressway, S33 Nanguang Expressway, S3 1 Long Da Expressway, G94 Meiguan Expressway, S29 Qingping Expressway, G4E Salt Pai Expressway, S28 Shuiguan Expressway and GG Expressway.

(2) Shenzhen Bay Port: S3 Guangzhou-Shenzhen Expressway along the Yangtze River, Dong Bin Tunnel, Dongbin Road and Shahe West Road.

(3) Huanggang Port: G4 Guangzhou-Shenzhen Expressway, Huanggang Road (Huanggang Port Section), Baihe Road, Tongqing Road and Futian South Road (Huanggang Port Section).

Futian Port: G4 Guangzhou-Shenzhen Expressway, Guihua Road, Guohua Road and Yuheng Road.

(5) Luohu Port: S29 Qingping Expressway, Yuping Avenue, Nigang Road (Hongling Interchange to Honghu Interchange), Honghu West Road, Renmin Park Road, Heping Road and Yanhe South Road eastbound (Renmin South Road to Jinwen South Road).

(6) Wenjindu Port: S29 Qingping Expressway, Yuping Avenue, Nigang Road (Hongling Interchange to Honghu Interchange), Jinwen North Road, Jinwen Middle Road and Jinwen South Road.

(7) Sha Tau Kok Port: S30 Shenhui Coastal Expressway, G4E Salt Pai Expressway, Shen Yan Road, Shayan Road and Shashen Road.

(8) Li Antang Port: G25 Shen Chang Expressway and East Transit Expressway.

(9) Shenzhen Airport: G4 Guangzhou-Shenzhen Expressway, G 15 Airport Expressway, Airport South Road, Pilotage Elevated Road and Airport No.8 Road.

2. During working days from 7: 00 to 9: 00, 17: 30 to 19: 30, passenger cars without motor vehicle license plates issued by the city are prohibited from passing through the city (except the roads listed in "1" above).
