First, the area where fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited in this Municipality.

(a) the following areas identified in the suburbs are prohibited from setting off fireworks.

Chengguan District: Tianshui North Road, Jiayuguan North Road and Yuchikou Road in the east, Baiyin Road, West Station Road and East Station Road in the south, Zhongshan Road in the west, Nanbinhe Road and Henan South Road in the north; East to Yanchang North Road, south to North Binhe East Road and Renmin Road, west to Foci Street, and north to the east-west extension line of Kangtai Hospital in Gansu Province.

Qilihe District: East to Cultural Palace Bridge, south to South Ring Road, west to Shengou Bridge and north to Nanbinhe Road.

Xigu District: east to the junction of Xigu East Road and Welfare East Road, north to the junction of Xigu Middle Road and Yumen Street (north-south direction), south to Nanshan Road auxiliary road area, west to Le Kang Road, and north to Xigu West Road to Lanhua Company.

Anning District: east to the junction of Macaogou and Chengguan, south to Beibinhe Road, west to Dashagou (including Renshou Mountain Scenic Area) and north to Beihuan Road; East to Xianshuigou, south to Beibinhe Road, west to Lanzhou-Zhongchuan Intercity Railway, and north to Beihuan Road.

(2) Fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited in the following places.

1. State organs, scenic spots and cultural relics protection units;

2 stations, docks, airports and other transportation hubs, rail transit facilities and railway line safety protection zones;

3. Refueling (gas) stations, liquefied gas supply stations (points), oil depots, warehouses, oil (gas) pipelines and other fire-forbidden areas or other places where inflammable and explosive dangerous goods are produced, managed and stored;

4. Safety protection zones for power transmission and transformation facilities;

5. Libraries, archives, medical institutions, kindergartens, primary and secondary schools, old-age care institutions and sanatoriums;

6 squares, shopping malls, bazaars, public cultural facilities and other crowded places;

7 parks, woodlands, green spaces, nurseries and other key fire prevention areas;

8. Within the green space of the North and South Mountains;

9. Urban roads, overpasses, overpasses, tunnels and underground pedestrian passages;

10. Other places where fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited as stipulated by the municipal, district (county) people's government.
