Dear customers, since 2004, our bank has charged an annual fee for debit cards, which is not higher than 10 yuan/year. The annual fee for the new card will be charged in the next month after the card is opened.

Six types of debit card accounts, such as salary, pension, subsistence allowance, medical insurance, unemployment insurance and housing accumulation fund, are exempt from annual fees.

If you want to check whether my debit card can reduce the annual fee, please bring my valid ID card and debit card to any branch of China Agricultural Bank.

Tips:

1. The annual debit card fee will be automatically deducted from the monthly system. If there is any arrears, the system will automatically make up the deduction, and only deduct the annual fee for one year at a time.

2. When the debit card is not activated, an annual fee will be charged, not after activation.

3. Class II households (with physical cards) opened at the counter charge similar debit cards. That is, the annual fee, small account management fee and inter-bank transaction fee are charged to the second-class household debit card, which meets the exemption conditions. Second-class households (virtual households) do not charge annual fees and small account management fees.

4. The third type of households are electronic households, which have no physical media and do not charge annual fees.

Personal credit cards and ordinary cards are exempt from the annual fee in the first year, and the annual fee in the next year can be exempted if you swipe your card five times in the first year (the main card and the auxiliary card are accumulated separately).
