If you don't give notice, you can go to the local traffic police department to check whether SMS reminder is enabled. If you change your mobile phone number, you need to change it to facilitate timely notification.

There are five ways for motor vehicle violation inquiry:

1. Car owners can install mobile app applications such as wheel violation check on their mobile phones. After opening the mobile phone software, they can enter the license plate number, vehicle model and engine number to inquire about traffic violation information such as running a red light, which is supported by both Apple and Android phones.

2. Go to the service hall of the traffic brigade in all districts and counties of each city and inquire by touching the inquiry terminal.

3. Log on to the foreign service website of the Public Security Traffic Management Bureau of each municipal public security bureau: find the vehicle violation query, enter the license plate number and vehicle engine number, and click Query.

4. Call the voice phone to ask.
