It may be that the third-party software of the mobile phone intercepted and did not receive the SMS verification code.

1. Due to the interception of mobile phone security software, the verification code message may be intercepted in the trash can. Please open the trash can for inspection.

2. Due to the channel failure of the operator, the sending time of the short message is delayed. Please wait patiently for a while or click to get the verification code again.

3. Verify whether your mobile phone can receive short messages normally. You can't receive short messages when it is down, in arrears or when the short message box is full.

4. The current mobile phone number is inconsistent with the mobile phone number registered or bound in mobike, and the SMS will be sent to the original mobile phone number.

5. On the registration page, select the voice receiving verification code button and answer the verification code.
