Qq members with SMS enabled cannot be cancelled.

You can cancel QQ membership in the following ways:

1. Mobile phone enabled member: Please click /pay_qq/ to log in to the "Service Enabled Support Zone" page, select the "Close" button behind the enabled service, and then send a short message to the specified number according to the prompts on the webpage to close it;

2.QQ/QQ, tenpay enabled members: you can log in/select my account > my enabled services > QQ membership business > cancel automatic renewal. After successful cancellation, the service will be automatically closed after the prepaid time expires.

3. QQ members who have opened other channels can contact Tencent's artificial customer service to learn how to deal with it.
