There are three ways to pay social security online for units:

2 To pay via WeChat, click Me - Pay - in the lower right corner of WeChat to enter the living payment, select the city and click on social security payment.

The social security of the company can also be paid offline:

1. Open an account with the Social Security Bureau and prepare a copy of the business license, a copy of the organization code certificate, and the legal representative Copies of the front and back of your ID card, a copy of your bank account opening license, two copies of social security registration forms and other information can be found at the local Social Security Bureau to open an account;

2. Go to the local Social Security Bureau to get the employee social security declaration and verification form. Generally, after filling out the social security unit personnel registration form, printing out the last month's salary details of the company's employees who need to pay social security, have the company's legal person sign, then stamp both forms with the company's official seal, and take them to the Social Security Bureau's approval window. After verification, the staff will give you a social security premium and life insurance verification form;

3. Go to the local tax bureau to exchange for a tax payment certificate. Bring the company's official seal and information to the service window of the Local Taxation Bureau. After the staff enters the information into the system and submits it, they wait for the settlement. After the settlement is completed, the social security registration can be processed;

4. Social security agency, employer The unit may sign an agreement with a bank or other financial institution and entrust it to transfer the social insurance premiums deducted by the employer and its employees based on the collection voucher issued by the social security agency.

Other situations that need to be clarified:

1. Insured units that pay on time will pay social insurance premiums according to the newly declared payment base starting from September 2021, and at the same time pay the difference after the implementation of the new payment base from January to August.

2. Insured units that fail to pay on time will pay social insurance premiums based on the newly declared payment base starting from the month in arrears this year, and at the same time pay the difference after the new base is implemented for the paid months this year. .

3. If a refund is required after the new reporting base is implemented, the refund can be made or offset against subsequent payments.

4. For retired and resigned personnel who need to pay back social insurance premiums, the difference in payment after adjusting the base will in principle be withheld and paid by the original unit.

5. For flexible employees who entrust a third-party intermediary company to pay their pension insurance, if the payment base in 2021 is less than 3,746 yuan or more than 18,726 yuan, the third-party intermediary company will be responsible for handling the back payment or refund. formalities.

6. For flexible employment personnel who independently declare payment to the tax department, if the payment base in 2021 is less than 3,746 yuan, they will directly go to the tax department to make up the difference; if it is more than 18,726 yuan, the social security department will refund or offset it. 7. For those whose accounts have been settled due to social insurance transfer, death in service, going abroad, etc., the payment base will no longer be adjusted.
