How to cancel mobile broadband

With the popularization of campus broadband, many campuses have installed broadband, which is very convenient. But some students may want to cancel broadband for some reason, but they don't know how to cancel it.

1. First, the mobile client needs to be installed on the mobile phone. The mobile phone client can handle many services online, including querying the usage of traffic and telephone charges, which you can install and use, as shown in the figure below.

2. Click on the mobile client to enter the main page. You can see buttons such as business processing, top-up payment and business inquiry. We can click on the business query, as shown in the figure below.

3. After clicking the service query, the basic service page will appear by default, and the mobile value-added services we need are shown in the figure below.

4. Click on the value-added Monternet service, and when you see the broadband package we have ordered, click unsubscribe. If the unsubscribe is successful, the system will send a SMS reminder. If the unsubscribe is unsuccessful, the following page appears, and we need to do further operations, as shown in the figure below.

5. First of all, you can call 10086 mobile customer service and switch to manual service. Please ask customer service to help us unsubscribe from the broadband field, as shown in the figure below.

6. Secondly, we can go directly to the nearest mobile business hall and go directly to the counter to inquire about the cancellation of broadband services, as shown in the figure below.
