I can't find my mobile phone card. I also forgot my QQ password. How to get it back?

There are three ways to get it back: SMS, security verification and complaint.

Methods and steps of retrieving QQ login password by mobile phone;

1, open the mobile QQ, and click [Password Retrieval] at the bottom of the login interface;

2. The pop-up option to select the retrieval password;

3. Then enter the QQ number to retrieve the password, and then fill in the verification code to continue;

4. According to the prompt on the screen, the prompt is a fixed format GM+QQ number+#+new password (you don't need this+when writing);

5. Then turn on the short message function of the mobile phone, and start writing short messages according to the above format and send them to the service number;

6. Wait a minute. You will receive SMS notification later. Receiving SMS notification means that the password has been successfully modified.

7. After the modification is successful, you can use the reset new password to log in to QQ again on your mobile phone.

If you forget your password, you can try to get it back:

1.QQ is started by clicking the "Retrieve Password" button;

2. Click "Account Password" and "Verification Code" and enter the password type in the official website window of 2. QQ Security Center, and then click "Next";

3. If you remember the secret protection problem, directly retrieve the password. To verify password protection, click Retrieve Password;

4. In the pop-up password retrieval dialog box, select "Secret Protection Question" and enter three questions;

5. After confirmation, the password was successfully retrieved and a new password was set;

6. If you forget the security settings, you can click "Account Appeal to Retrieve Password" below;

7. After the account complaint is carefully written, Tencent will inform you to obtain a new password during the processing;

8. If you forget the above two items, you can click "Send SMS to retrieve your password" below;

9. If the secret mobile phone is verified successfully, you can set a new password.
