Can WeChat scan the receipt code and send a message?

Go to my homepage on WeChat, click Pay, click Payment, click QR code to collect money, save QR code and send a message to others.

Open wechat, click me in the lower right corner, enter the home page, find payment on my home page, click enter, receive payment, and find payment on the payment page. Click to enter and select the QR code to receive payment. There is an option to save the receipt code under the QR code. Click Save to send the homepage of the person who wants to send a message, and then send the QR code.
