Wechat SMS and telephone prompt tone

If you use a vivo mobile phone and there is no prompt tone when WeChat receives the message, you can check the following troubleshooting methods:

1, enter WeChat-I-Settings-New Message Reminder-New Message System Notification-New Message Notification-Voice-Select the tone;

2. Enter Settings-Sound (and Vibration) Settings to check whether the notification volume has been adjusted;

3. Go to Settings-Status Bar and Notifications-Manage Notifications-WeChat to check whether notifications are turned on;

4. Uninstall and reinstall WeChat after trying to back up the data;

5. After backing up your mobile phone data, go to Settings-System Management/More Settings-Backup and Reset/Restore Factory Settings-Restore all settings (this operation will not delete your mobile phone data).
