Honor can't receive text messages.

If you can't receive the honor message, please follow the following steps.

1. Some messages cannot be received.

Failure phenomenon: For example, after sending short messages to operators (China Mobile/KOOC-0/0086, China Telecom/KOOC-0/0000, China Unicom/KOOC-0/00), can you successfully receive a reply? If so, it means that some short messages can't be received by mobile phones.

① Check whether the "enhanced information" can't be received: If the short message editing box displays "enhanced information", it means that the mobile phone is using the enhanced information to send messages.

The recipient's mobile phone does not support the enhanced information function.

The sender's message or number may be controlled by China Mobile's security policy, and China Mobile did not send the message to the recipient after receiving the message. For details, please call mobile customer service 10086 to confirm the cause of the problem.

② Check whether the number is stored in the privacy space.

You can enter the settings, search into the privacy space (if privacy space is not supported, please ignore this step), and open the information to see if there is any record of receiving SMS. If so,

Please try after moving the required contacts to the main space. Operation method:

In the privacy space, go to Settings >; Security and Privacy > Privacy Space, click Privacy Space to the main space;

Select and check the file (such as address book) to be transferred, click Move, and then follow the onscreen instructions to complete the transfer.

③ Check whether there is a blacklist in the harassment interception of mobile phone housekeeper.

If necessary, delete the number from the blacklist and try:

Magic UI 4.0: mobile phone housekeeper > harassment interception > setting icon > blacklist;

④ Check whether intercepting all strangers is set in the harassment interception of mobile phone housekeeper,

Turn this switch off as needed and try:

Magic UI 4.0: mobile phone housekeeper > harassment interception > SMS interception rules > interception of strange SMS.

⑤ Check whether there is a third-party housekeeper application to intercept SMS.

Some security management applications will intelligently filter the received short messages, so it is recommended to uninstall this application. These applications are generally named after "XX housekeeper" or "XX assistant".

⑥ Check whether you just can't receive the short message sent by Apple's mobile phone.

If you just can't receive the SMS from Apple's mobile phone, you can receive the messages from other mobile phones. It may be because the mobile phone number was bound to the Apple device before, and the other party sent iMessage instead of ordinary SMS. Refer to Apple's official instructions to unbind the mobile phone number from the iPhone device, which shall prevail.

⑦ Please check whether the short message contains sensitive words, which makes the mobile phone unable to receive it.

Use test messages to check whether they can be received normally, such as hello, thank you and goodbye. Avoid sending sensitive words if you can receive them normally.

2. I can't get all the short messages.

You can drop down the status bar, switch the flight mode, re-trigger the network and try again.

If the SIM card is Unicom, please enter Settings, search for VoLTE, turn off the VoLTE HD call switch and try again.

Third-party SMS may have compatibility problems. Check whether a third-party SMS application is used. If so, go to Settings, search for the default application and set the information as the system default.

Insert the SIM card into another phone that supports VOLTE. If other mobile phones can't receive it, it is recommended to consult the operator.

3. If the above troubleshooting fails to solve the problem, it is recommended to clear and restore the data.

Restore all settings of information.

Magic UI 4.0: information > three-point icon > settings >? "Three-point icon", select the following default settings.

Delete data and cached information (SMS will not be deleted)

Enter settings, search application management, find information, and click Save >; Delete data.

Restore network settings

Enter Settings, search and restore network settings, click Restore Network Settings (WLAN, Bluetooth and other related data will be deleted), and then try whether you can receive SMS.

This operation will not delete data or files, but only restore the settings of WLAN, mobile data network and Bluetooth (such as hotspot connection information and Bluetooth pairing information). ), other phone settings will not be restored.

Before restoring the factory settings, please back up important data (such as QQ and WeChat data are separated).

Enter settings, search for factory settings, and then click Restore Factory Settings.

This operation will delete all data in the storage device, including accounts, system and application data and settings, installed applications, music, pictures and all files in the internal storage space.
