After Huawei updates, the content will not be displayed in the drop-down box.

If the notification bar on the mobile phone cannot be pulled down, please check it as follows:

1. Check whether your system is from HarmonyOS.

In order to facilitate you to manage the notification center and the control center at the same time, HarmonyOS system separates the outgoing hotspots of the two:

(1) When using the digging equipment in the vertical screen scene, the control center can be brought up by pulling down the hot spot at the top of the screen on the right side of the digging hole, and the notification center can be brought up by pulling down other hot spots at the top of the screen.

(2) When other devices use the scene, pull down the control center from the hot spot at the top of the right 1/3 screen, and pull down the notification center from the hot spot at the top of the left 2/3 screen.

2. Whether the screen lock interface can't drop down the notification status bar.

Pulling down the status bar in the screen lock interface of mobile phone may lead to misoperation of some shortcut functions. In order to avoid this problem, the operation of pulling down the notification bar panel is not supported when the screen is locked.

3. Use the following two methods to check whether it is a phone screen hardware problem.

(1) Check whether it is possible to drop down in the horizontal screen:

If the horizontal screen can be pulled down, the vertical screen can't, and it still can't be pulled down after restarting the phone. It may be a screen hardware problem.

(2) Check whether the three-key navigation in the screen can be pulled down:

Enter Settings, search to enter the navigation mode of the system, select three-key navigation on the screen, click to enter more settings, use the drop-down arrow to select the navigation key combination, and click the drop-down arrow of the virtual navigation bar. If you can pull it down, but not at the top of the screen, you still can't pull it down after restarting the phone. It may be a hardware problem of the screen.

Warm reminder: If it is a screen hardware problem, it is recommended that you back up important data in advance (third-party applications such as QQ and WeChat need to be backed up separately), and bring the purchase voucher to Huawei Customer Service Center for testing.

4. If the screen hardware check is normal, please continue troubleshooting:

(1) Do you want to drop down the search interface?

Maybe your finger didn't touch the top of the screen when you pulled down, which caused you to enter the global search by mistake. It is recommended that you slide down from the status bar at the top of the screen to open the notification bar (notification panel). If your mobile phone is a Liu Haiping, I suggest you pull it down from the top of the bangs area (hollowed out area), which can effectively reduce accidental touch.

(2) Check whether the tripartite theme is used.

If you use a third-party theme, there may be compatibility problems with your mobile phone. I suggest you switch back to the default theme and try again: go to Theme > My > Default Theme, select a default theme and apply it.

(3) Check whether it is impossible to pull down in specific applications.

I suggest you go back to the desktop. If you can't drop down in an application, the desktop can drop down, which is an application design specification. I suggest you contact the applicant for feedback.

(4) Restart the mobile phone

Long-term operation of mobile phones will produce many fragmented files. Restarting the phone can effectively clean up the cache and optimize the running state of the phone.

(5) Restore the factory settings

If it still can't be solved, it is recommended that you back up the data (third-party applications such as QQ and WeChat need to be backed up separately), restore the factory settings of your mobile phone and try again: enter the settings, search the factory settings, and complete the operation according to the screen prompts.
