Is it illegal to send group messages to former classmates and colleagues saying that their family hereditary diseases are illegal?

There are two ways to deal with the above problems: (1) Take the initiative to apologize to the other party, and if losses are caused, appropriate compensation can be given. The crimes mentioned in the preceding paragraph shall be dealt with only if they are told, except those that seriously endanger social order and national interests.
