Minsheng Bank inquires about password reset?

If you forget to check your password or enter an error five times in a day, you can reset it through our mobile banking-remote banking menu, online banking (a security tool that only supports U-treasure or dynamic tokens), 95568 telephone banking voice menu, business outlets and self-service equipment.

1. Mobile Banking: Click to enter the remote banking menu and call the remote agent for processing;

2. Personal online banking: account-Minsheng account management-password management. If you choose to query password reset, you need to verify U-treasure password or OTP dynamic password;

3.95568 Telephone banking: dial 95568 with the reserved mobile phone number. If the password of self-service transaction telephone banking is entered incorrectly, the system will prompt "Password does not match". You can choose "1 re-enter, 2 reset the query password". Verification: reserved mobile phone number, SMS verification code and transaction password.

4. Self-service equipment: After inserting the card, enter the transaction password, find the "Modify Password" button and select "Query Password Reset".

5. Business outlets: you must bring your valid ID card, mobile phone, debit card or passbook when handling, and you can't do it on your behalf.

Passbook (all-in-one, ordinary passbook) inquiry password can be reset through remote banking, telephone banking IVR and any business outlets of the Bank. ※.
