1. Take the initiative to report your itinerary. Anyone who has entered Hunan and returned to Hunan with a history of residence in Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province since November 22, a history of residence in Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province since December 1, and a history of residence in Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province since December 3, will have other cases within 14 days. People who have entered Hunan and returned to Hunan in cities where medium- and high-risk areas are located or have a history of living in cities where local epidemics occurred, as well as close contacts and close contacts of close contacts who overlapped with the activity trajectories of announced cases and took the same means of transportation For key groups such as others, please take the initiative to report to your community, work unit or hotel where you are staying as soon as possible, and cooperate with health monitoring, nucleic acid testing and other prevention and control measures as required.

2. Actively carry out nucleic acid testing. Persons entering Hunan from other provinces are required to check the communication big data itinerary card and Hunan Provincial Resident Health Card. Anyone returning to Hunan from a province with a local epidemic within 14 days must obtain a negative nucleic acid test certificate for the new coronavirus within 48 hours and take a nucleic acid test within 24 hours after arriving in Hunan. It is recommended that people entering and returning from other provinces to Hunan should hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours when arriving at their first destination in our province or take a nucleic acid test within 24 hours after arriving in Hunan.

3. Pay attention to the health code. The general public is requested to pay close attention to the official epidemic information and case activity tracks, and continue to pay attention to the color of the Hunan Provincial Resident Health Code for themselves and their families. Once they find that the health code is red or yellow, they should take the initiative to report it to their community or work unit as soon as possible. Or report to the hotel where you are staying and cooperate with the implementation of relevant prevention and control measures. In principle, people with red electronic health codes for residents in Hunan Province will be quarantined on site, and epidemic prevention and management measures will be taken based on the investigation. Persons with yellow codes should hold a negative nucleic acid test report in accordance with local requirements before they can pass in an orderly manner, but they are not allowed to participate in gathering activities or go to public places and other crowd gathering areas.

4. Plan your trip reasonably. Please make reasonable travel arrangements. Insist on no non-essential cross-border travel, and no travel to provinces with medium- and high-risk areas. Unless necessary, do not travel to cities with local epidemic reports. If you must go there, you need to report to your community and work unit in advance. Before traveling, pay attention to check the prevention and control measures requirements of the destination, prepare sufficient personal protective equipment and necessary disinfection supplies, and be sure to take personal protective measures; after returning to Hunan, You should proactively report relevant situations to your community and work unit, and cooperate with various prevention and control measures.

5. Take personal protection. The general public is requested to maintain a good awareness of personal protection at all times, develop hygienic habits of carrying masks at all times, wearing masks in a scientific and standardized manner, washing hands frequently, ventilating frequently, and maintaining a safe social distance; do not get together or have gatherings, and advocate a healthy lifestyle.

6. Adhere to self-health monitoring.
