Modify and save SMS csv

Step 1: Understand what the CSV file structure generated by pea pods (or other mobile assistant software) is. After the mobile phone is connected to the computer's pea pods, export a csv file and open it with office software. As shown in the figure. The first column is short message. The second column of delivery refers to the "short" letters received, and submission refers to the "short" letters sent. The third and fourth columns refer to the other party's mobile phone number. If this line refers to "short" letter delivery, the mobile phone number is in the third column and there is no content in the fourth column; If it is a "short" letter submitted, the mobile phone number is displayed in the fourth column, and the third column has no content. The fifth column has no content. The sixth column indicates the date in the order of year, month, day, hour: minute (note: there is a space between day and minute. If the month, day, hour or minute are all single digits, add a space before them, which means that we usually use 09 to represent 9, but here we all use 9 (space plus a 9). The seventh column should be seconds. But the exported CSV columns are all the same numbers, which is probably a loophole. The eighth column is the specific content of the displayed information. The following picture is a short letter conversation I exported from pea pods for your reference. Compared with the csv above, we find that the style is completely different, which is understandable if it is not imported.

Step 2: Edit the CSV file to be imported. To change this CSV file into a special CSV internal module of pea pods, please use Notepad to open and edit this CSV file. ","(quotation marks, commas and quotation marks, all half-width) means separation.

Editors follow three principles:

1, these three symbols ","should be added between columns.

Everything in each line should be enclosed in "".

3. After editing, open it with the form software, just like the module in the first step.

Step 3: After the above processing, open the modified csv file with Notepad, as shown below. In fact, it is to reorganize and rewrite the code. Copy the modified content, put it in a new notebook, and delete the original CSV. Change Notepad to its original name and change the suffix from txt to csv. Compare the diagram opened by spreadsheet software with the diagram exported by pea pods. Are the modules the same?

Step 4: Create a new Excel table and worksheet 2, worksheet 3, worksheet 2 and worksheet 3. According to my practice, not creating a new table will eventually lead to import failure, so I suggest you not to save this step. Sheet2 and sheet3 were deleted because CSV files do not support multiple workbooks.

Step 5: Open the csv file changed in step 3 with the form software and copy the content area into the new form. This is a bit like step three. The third step is to establish a standard txt format file, here is to establish a standard xls table file.

Step 6: Save book 1 as a csv file. This book 1.csv can be directly imported into pea pods.
