Why is there no sound when iPhone6S Plus receives the text message? Why didn't you call?

1. First, make sure whether the screen lock sound of the mobile phone is turned on (Settings-Sound-Screen lock sound). If the monitor is turned on, turn off Lock Sound and turn it on again.

2. The volume button on the left side of the mobile phone must be on.
