Snail Mobile cannot receive MMS.

Please check whether the sending/receiving failed due to the following reasons:

When the data service is turned off, MMS cannot be sent and received. Please turn on the data service switch and try again.

The network status or signal is not good. Please try again at a strong signal.

The recipient information is not filled in correctly. Please correct it and try again.

The edited MMS exceeds the upper limit of 300KB set by the operator. Please delete some content and try sending again.

Mobile phone arrears. Please pay the fee and try again.

Unable to receive due to insufficient memory. Please free some memory to make the remaining space of the device larger than 300 KB.

If this is not the case, please try the following solutions:

Unable to send MMS:

Check the APN setting of the mobile phone to confirm that the mobile phone has the correct multimedia message APN; Check the path: open it and click to select the SIM card to check for operation.

If the APN code is correct, please turn off the WLAN to see if it can be sent normally;

If it still cannot be sent normally, please install a SIM card on other mobile phones to see if MMS can be sent normally.

If it still cannot be sent normally, please back up the data and try again after restoring the factory settings.

MMS reception failed:

Confirm whether the mobile phone has started the data service. If the mobile phone is roaming, please start international roaming first, and then start data service.

If it is enabled, please turn off the WLAN function and try again;

If you still can't receive it normally, please install the SIM card in other mobile phones to see if you can receive MMS.
