I can't minor across schools (I'm from the University of Mining and Technology, at least not from our school, and other schools don't know). You can only choose between schools. Credits are included in your elective courses. Start choosing your own courses next semester. 3 yuan or 5 yuan in each class. Generally twenty or thirty class hours. I feel that the school-level elective course is just a form and a chicken rib. Most people regard it as a way to earn credits. I learned very little.

Generally, all schools have minor majors or double-degree majors. Much better than this school-level elective.
