First, the hospital entrance

At present, the epidemic prevention and control work in COVID-19 has reached the most critical stage. All people who come to the hospital should take the initiative to show Nanyang residents' health code and communication big data travel code, receive temperature test, epidemiological history and related symptoms, wear masks correctly all the time, and queue up in order to enter the hospital according to the requirements of the staff.

Second, outpatient service

1. All personnel entering the consultation area should have green health codes and travel codes, have no epidemiological history and COVID-19-related symptoms, and wear masks correctly during the whole process. People who don't wear masks, whose health codes and travel codes are red and yellow, who have epidemiological history and COVID-19-related symptoms are not allowed to enter.

2. Old people without smart phones, people with visual impairment and hearing impairment, etc. You need to show your ID card and register your personal information on the spot, and at the same time, cooperate with medical staff to accept epidemiological history and COVID-19-related symptoms investigation and complete relevant records.

3. Outpatients should make appointments in different periods, and make peak-to-peak diagnosis and treatment to avoid crowd gathering.

4, strictly implement the "one doctor, one patient, one consulting room", medical staff should keep a distance of more than 1 meter to line up or wait for treatment.

Third, hospitalization.

1. All hospitalized patients must complete COVID-19 nucleic acid test before admission to the ward, and the results are negative before admission.

2. Before the nucleic acid test results of fever patients come out, they should be placed in the emergency isolation ward, and can be transferred to the general ward after the test results are negative.

3. For the sake of patients' health and safety, all wards are refused to visit, and there is no need to accompany patients in the wards. It is really necessary to implement "one patient, one escort" and fix the escort. Patients can go in and out with wristbands and escorts with escort certificates.

2. All patients in the fever clinic should be tested for COVID-19 nucleic acid, and when necessary, the lung CT examination and blood routine examination should be improved, and they should not leave the fever clinic before the nucleic acid test results come out.

① Returnees from high-risk areas: the "fever clinic" on the east side of the first floor of the clinic for nucleic acid collection.

② Personnel in non-risk area: the "physical examination center" on the third floor of the outpatient department of nucleic acid collection point.
