You can go to China Unicom APP Service-Inquiry-Basic Business Inquiry and navigation to directly enter the inquiry of account cancellation and refund, and verify the mobile phone number (i.e. the number for submitting account cancellation application)+ID information, without logging in to China Unicom APP. After verification, you can know the current progress of account cancellation and fee refund. The process of account cancellation and fee refund is divided into: submitting account cancellation application, account cancellation processing and fee refund processing.
