Is it illegal for a hotel to refuse to receive guests?

However, if the guest is an ordinary person, there is no such situation, or the hotel has put forward reasonable and legal criticism and compensation requirements for the service, and the hotel refuses to eat out of personal preference, it violates Article 14 (consumers enjoy personal dignity when purchasing, using goods and receiving services) and Article 27 (operators shall not insult or slander consumers. ...

3. The rejected guests can complain to the local consumer association.
