What is it that the mobile phone card can't send messages?

There are three possibilities for this situation:

1. There have been cases of network congestion caused by sending short messages in batches before. You can try again later.

2. The mobile phone is in arrears, which leads to the shutdown of the office. When the office is down, you can send and receive short messages, but you can't dial and send short messages;

3. The number of SMS center is set incorrectly. You can try resetting the number of the SMS center.
